If all goes well, this time next year when I update I’ll be a completely new person.

Well, everything did go well. And as I write this I am a completely new person. Sadly, I STILL can’t go into all the details… I know, not very nice. But, hey, tell you what… the second I can tell you I will. I won’t make you wait an entire year! See, maybe this is my subconscious way of returning to this blog and getting back to my personal development roots.I have lots of new goals now. I want to become a personal development and weight loss (HINT!) speaker. I want to share what I’ve learned and hopefully learn from others as I travel the world sharing my story. I know God can help make that happen, and I’m excited for the opportunity.So, now I sit and look at my life as I do every 4th of July. It’s a sort of “fiscal year” end date for me. I love this day because it represents so much to me. It’s more than just a holiday, that’s for sure. It’s more than fireworks and BBQ, family and friends… it’s FREEDOM.And beyond that, it means that we all have the chance (at least in this country) to pursue our wishes with wild abandonment and go after life with gusto. We don’t have to settle for what we don’t want - we can chase our dreams with determination. You get the idea, right? ;)I don’t want to turn this yearly update into a ramble, so I’ll close with this.5 years ago today I wrote a blog post on an UGLY blog page I had setup on my own. It took me a week to get the blog setup, that’s why I started my first official post on the 4th of July 2006! From that one single action, my entire life changed and I sit today with a whole new life.That’s the power of choice… and the power of change. It can happen for anyone, even you. Just be willing to try something different, something you haven’t done before and the world can open up to you.I can’t wait to update you with lots of great new information and pictures! Now that I’ve written this much, I think it may be time for me to bring this blog back! Hmm, I’ll be thinking about it over the next few months.I’m gonna find out next week about something REALLY BIG in my life. It’s something I desperately need. If I get this, I will be eternally changed forever. It’s that important. So I’m sending out a digital prayer to the Man upstairs… help me out on this one - I really need it!!And to my reader:Thanks for reading this and may this next year see YOU achieve your dreams!

It’s sort of weird in a way because right now, as I write this, it seems like a LOT longer than 4 years ago. It seems like it’s been about 20 years times. In the last 4 years I’ve helped launched 3 different very successful businesses, I’ve created a program called the BOA Method, I’ve helped create a marketing system called the Infinite Income Plan, and so much more.

I never thought when I was 24, that I’d be doing this at the age of 28. But here I am. And I’m loving it. And like each year I update this, massive change has happened in my life. I no longer work with my old mentor who taught me the ways of the force. She has moved on and I guess we all have.

I used to work with 2 other partners, from the later part of 2008 all the way till the end of 2009. Now, for the first time, I’ve struck out on my own. I do have an offline business I’ve started with a great friend of mine and it’s going ok so far.Still haven’t made our first sale yet, so until that happens you can’t really call it a business lol.

I heard a great quote about that once that basically said:

Until someone makes a sale it’s all overhead.

Great quote in my book.

In some other cool news, I do have a VERY big thing happening for me. I’ll be heading out next week to meet with some people about something that will change my entire life forever. I’ve been working on it since last year and finally it’s coming together. If all goes well, this time next year when I update I’ll be a completely new person.

I wish I could say more, but I can’t just yet. Hang in there.

So, Happy 4th of July! Here are again taking a moment to look to the past and also gazing into the future. May your dreams of freedom come true and may you achieve all your hopes and wishes.

On this day (and everyday) let’s never forget those who sacrificed their lives to give us this freedom…and those who continue to fight for us all.

PS - I’ve been looking over this site again and I recently had someone comment on how great this blog theme looks. So, I want to take a second and say thanks to an old friend of mine from way back who designed this blog and put it online for me back when I had no idea what I was doing. John - thanks man! This blog still looks modern and fresh even though it’s 4 years old now!

This is actually my 4th blog update on July 4th.  For those of you who don’t know, Independence Day is my favorite holiday. I I love it because it represents to me that men (and women!) can use the power of though and the dedication to follow through to achieve amazing things.

I’ve gone through so many changes over the last few years, I sometimes wake up and pinch myself just to make sure everything is real. And it is!

Financially, I’m doing very well. I’ve launched many internet businesses and will continue to do that. I actually have a new product launch coming up next week.

But with the good, comes some bad. I’ve lost sight of my health and put it on the back burner. And I’m ready now to get back on the wagon and return to my goals. Last year I started training for an Iron Man and was doing very good. I did 2 Super Sprint Triathlons.

I’m ready to get back to that. I also have a very special opportunity in front of me and time will tell what happens there. I have a pretty good feeling that my entire life will change in the next few months. I’m going to become the healthy person I know I’m supposed to be.

I plan on going out tonight and wathcing some fireworks. While I’m watching, I’ll be thinking about the power of making a firm decision and sticking with it. It took a group of “rebels” and turned them into founding fathers.

If you made a decision to change something about yourself and stuck to it…what could that do for you? I’ll find out this year what it means to me.

Well, that’s not TOTALLY true. I did write a really short post on the 4th of July sharing my frustrations with Wordpress. It’s pretty cool actually that people can see that. It let’s them know that even I had NO IDEA WHAT I WAS DOING when I started!!

Since then, I’ve done a lot of cool stuff. I launched the BOA Method…have spoke at 3 different events for my company…and met most of the “gurus”…the ones I use to envy and look up to. Now I give some of them advice!!

I will probably always update this blog every 4th of July…and maybe from time to time in between. I REALLY am so happy right now I can’t even explain it.

I’m in Daytona Beach, sitting across the table from one of my new good friends. Looking out at the water and just appreciating everything that’s happened for me.

If you’re reading this I want you to know that dreams do come true. You can do anything you want to do. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.

Keep on dreaming and take action.

One of the areas I first began to think outside the box with was Real Estate Investment. I actually purchased a Doctor’s Office for no money down and 4% interest. The PITI each month was only $648 while the rent we received was $1350. Had I not been thinking outside the box, I never could have made this happen.

When I started marketing on the internet, I spent a lot of time thinking outside the box. The first time I made money online (besides Adsense) was when I promoted the 6M PROFIT METHOD by Lisa Diane. Lisa has done a great job creating tools for her affiliates to use. We had Adwords Ads, keywords, website copy, emails…all sorts of things. But I found out quickly that following the crowd wasn’t always the most profitable.

So, instead of using the ads being used by everyone else, I wrote my own ad. Instead of using the keywords everyone else was I found my own. I started marketing and spent a total of $2.48. And I made a sale…which netted me $548.50. How’s that for a return on investment?

So, what’s this idea about expanding the box? Expanding the box means that you take what once was considered outside the box and expand the box so it becomes the new norm. Expanding the box is what Revolutionaries do, no matter what the field. Even though you might not see it now, we are living in an expanded box.

Years ago, the internet was nothing more than a tool for spreading information for military and educational purposes…now it’s used everyday to generate money for both large and small businesses. In 1997 being on the internet was a luxury, in 2007 its a necessity.

So, what about you? In what areas can you expand the box? What is your business? What is your model of business? Are you living inside the box? Outside the box? Are you working towards expanding the box? It’s up to you, really.

Boxes were meant to expand, to grow, to change. It’s up to you to find your own path and grow. As you move along in the journey, you will find that people will follow. Maybe friends, family, or even complete strangers will start doing what you do because you’ve made it part of the box.

Turns out that even though you may pay them thousands per month (sometimes in
the high 5 figures) you have to have an employee from the inside take you in for
the tour.

I did manage to get inside the lobby, and asked the gatekeeper (secretary) to let me
in…to no avail. She wouldn’t even give me a Google pen! I told her not to worry though
as I would, “Continue to spend money with Adwords to ensure she kept getting her
paycheck.”

Secondly, I have to say that this ebook is actually one of the most thorough, in depth, and HONEST information guides I have read in a long, long time. Most of the time you read ebooks and there really isn’t anything new in them. Not so with Nichenomics. Dustin really puts everything out on the table here.

He even broke ranks and revealed one of the secret sites the gurus use to announce their new products before they come out. I honestly didn’t think he was allowed to share that site with anyone, but he did. I downloaded the Ebook today and the link was still in there. So, why am I telling you all this? It’s quite simple really. If you’re anything you like me, you probably have a family…if not, I’m sure you have somebody you consider family anyway. And if you have family I’m sure you’ve had your fair share of arguments, fights, and problems.

BUT - as family always does - we just keep on going and usually just forget about it.

So what’s my point? It’s simple. I decided that because I had all my family together in one place, I’d start interviewing them for your enjoyment. I tried to get them to stay on target and talk about marketing, websites, and all that fun stuff…but they wouldn’t really have it.

If you’re looking for cutting edge marketing tips - you won’t find it here. However, if you want a good chance to laugh and have a little fun, this might just be the best thing you can do for yourself.

I was trying to conduct interviews as family wandered in and out, and no one seemed to take it quite “seriously” enough for me - as family may tend to do sometimes.

I haven’t landed an interview yet my my Mom and Aunts, but I’m trying. I still have 2 days left…so don’t count me out yet. I figured I wanted you to see a little more of the “insider” life I live. Anyone can show their successes and remain professional at all times. It takes someone special (just how special I don’t know) to release interviews gone wild.
